Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Travel Reservation System ("TRS") operated by Waljis Travel Ltd. By accessing TRS, you agree to these terms.
In short: TRS is an internal tool — use it for legitimate tour operations work within your assigned role, keep your credentials to yourself, and don't misuse the passenger, passport, or booking data you can access through it.
Authorized Use
TRS is an internal business system for staff and authorized partners of Waljis Travel Ltd. Access is granted per named account and role, either via username/password or Google Sign-In where enabled. Accounts must not be shared, and credentials must be kept confidential.
Acceptable Use
- Use TRS only for legitimate tour reservation, quotation, invoicing, passport/document processing, and reporting activities.
- Do not attempt to access data, modules, or accounts outside your assigned role and permissions (enforced via role-based access control).
- Do not upload passport images, passenger data, or booking information you are not authorized to process.
- Do not use TRS to store or transmit unlawful content, or to circumvent security, audit, or access controls.
Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter or import into TRS, including passenger, passport, PNR/flight booking, and financial details — whether entered manually, retrieved from Amadeus, or extracted via passport OCR. Automated OCR extraction may occasionally misread a document; users should verify extracted passport data before relying on it. Waljis Travel Ltd. is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate data entry or uncorrected OCR extraction errors.
Third-Party Services
TRS integrates with third-party services to operate, including Amadeus (flight/PNR data), Google Sign-In and Google Drive/Workspace (authentication and internal document handling), and Postmark (transactional email delivery). Use of these integrations is subject to TRS's configuration and each provider's own terms; Waljis Travel Ltd. is not responsible for outages or errors originating from these third-party providers.
Cookies & Sessions
TRS uses a single functional session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. By using TRS you consent to this strictly necessary use of cookies; no advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
TRS is provided on an "as available" basis. Waljis Travel Ltd. may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access without notice where necessary to protect the system or its data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waljis Travel Ltd. and its platform providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, TRS, including loss of data, business interruption, or errors originating from third-party integrations (Amadeus, Postmark, Google). TRS is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waljis Travel Ltd. against claims, losses, or damages arising from their misuse of TRS, including unauthorized access attempts, data entered outside their assigned role, or breach of these terms.
Account Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including on end of employment or partnership, or on suspected misuse.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of TRS will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties and, failing resolution, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TRS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
